Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Shopify Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in both frontend and backend Shopify development, including theme customizations, API integrations, and third-party app deployments. You will be responsible for building, optimizing, and maintaining Shopify stores to enhance user experience and streamline operations
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, customize, and manage Shopify stores to align with business requirements.
- Implement frontend designs and functionalities using Liquid, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Build and maintain scalable backend solutions, including API connections and custom app integrations.
- Customize Shopify themes and modify pre-existing templates to match brand guidelines.
- Configure and optimize Shopify Payments for seamless transactions.
- Integrate multiple payment gateways while ensuring compliance with security regulations.
- Develop and implement third-party Shopify plugins to enhance store functionality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement marketplace integrations.
- Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and user experience.
Requirements:
- Shopify Development: Proficiency in Liquid templating, Shopify APIs, and Admin Functions.
- Frontend Technologies: Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, ES2015/ES6, and responsive design.
- Payment Gateway Integration: Experience with Shopify Payments and third-party payment methods.
- Backend Development: Expertise in API integrations and custom Shopify app development.
- Testing & Debugging: Ability to write clear and comprehensive unit tests.
- Version Control: Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
