Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to onboard property developers, brokers, channel partners, and sole sellers onto the PropertyBrix platform. The role involves selling advertising, listing, and lead generation solutions that help clients market their properties more effectively and reach potential buyers.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new property developers, brokers, sole selling agencies, and real estate consultants.
- Present PropertyBrix’s advertising and lead generation solutions to prospective clients.
- Sell platform services including:
- Featured Property Listings
- Search Priority Listings
- Banner Advertisements
- Project Promotions
- Lead Generation Packages
- Developer Branding Solutions
- Exclusive Campaign Packages
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Build long-term relationships with real estate businesses and key decision-makers.
- Negotiate commercial terms and close subscription agreements.
- Manage renewals and upsell opportunities for existing clients.
- Maintain sales pipeline, CRM records, and reporting.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales, media sales, advertising sales, real estate sales, portal sales, or business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with builders, developers, brokers, and business owners.
- Self-driven and target-oriented approach.
- Knowledge of the real estate industry will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable with field sales and client meetings.
