Position Overview

We are looking for result-oriented Sales Executives to drive sales for exclusive residential and commercial projects, as well as individual resale properties. The role involves lead management, property consultations, site visits, negotiations, bookings, and supporting customers throughout the buying and selling journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate, qualify, and manage property sales leads.
  • Sell residential, commercial, plotted, and resale properties.
  • Conduct project presentations, property walkthroughs, and site visits.
  • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties and investment opportunities.
  • Build relationships with prospective buyers, investors, property owners, channel partners, and brokers.
  • Follow up on inquiries and convert prospects into bookings and transactions.
  • Assist customers through the complete sales process from inquiry to transaction completion.
  • Coordinate with banks and financial institutions for home loan assistance.
  • Facilitate documentation, Agreement to Sale, booking formalities, registration, and transaction support.
  • Negotiate commercial terms and support deal closures.
  • Source and manage resale property inventory from individual property owners and investors.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and conversion objectives.
  • Represent PropertyBrix Elite at project launches, exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales, banking, insurance, financial products, automobile sales, or other customer-facing sales roles.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
  • Customer-centric approach with a consultative selling mindset.
  • Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of the South Gujarat real estate market will be an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
