Project Role Description: As the Application Lead for Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you will take the lead in designing, building, and configuring applications, serving as the primary point of contact for seamless project execution.

Job Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: a. Campaign Development:
- Responsible for the end-to-end campaign build and deployment.
- Execute testing of campaigns using client-provided tools.
- Generate campaign reports utilizing out-of-the-box functionality.
b. Adherence to SLA and Timelines:
- Align with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA) and meet project timelines.
Technical Experience: a. Resource must have experience working on one of the Campaign Management Platforms such as Siebel, UNICA, SFMC, Eloqua, or Marketo, with a thorough conceptual understanding. b. Must possess experience in Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Email Studio, and Mobile Studio within Salesforce Marketing Cloud. c. Good-to-have experience working with global organizations across different time zones.
