Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Sales Director to join our team and drive business growth in the Asia Pacific region. As the Sales Director, you will play a key role in expanding our market presence, building strong client relationships, and achieving revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Market Expansion: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand Quinite Technologies’ footprint in the Asia Pacific region.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Revenue Generation: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and closing deals.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to achieve collective and individual goals.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and delivery, to ensure seamless execution and delivery of projects.
- Market Intelligence: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven track record of successful sales leadership, preferably in the IT consultancy and services sector.
- Strong understanding of the Asia Pacific market with a focus on technology and consulting services.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Leadership and team management experience.
- Willingness to travel as required.
