Job Overview:

The Sales Director for APAC will play a critical role in steering our growth across Quinite Technologies, Quinite Strategy, and Kangaroo Agency. Based in Ahmedabad, this leadership role demands an individual capable of developing and executing region-specific sales strategies, expanding client relationships, and managing a high-performing team. The Sales Director will drive revenue across all three business units while leveraging a deep understanding of the APAC market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the sales team across APAC, aligning efforts with the unique offerings of Quinite Technologies (ITES, SaaS), Quinite Strategy (consulting), and Kangaroo Agency (branding, marketing).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that address the specific needs of clients across ITES, SaaS, strategy consulting, and branding services.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives and decision-makers in targeted industries across APAC.
  • Oversee the full sales lifecycle, including lead generation, proposal preparation, client negotiations, and closing.
  • Collaborate with the leadership of Quinite Technologies, Quinite Strategy, and Kangaroo Agency to ensure integrated solutions and tailored approaches for clients.
  • Develop and implement demand generation strategies that drive visibility and business acquisition in all three sectors.
  • Regularly assess and report on market trends, sales performance, and business opportunities to senior management.
  • Represent Quinite Group at key industry events, conferences, and forums, positioning the company as a thought leader in ITES, SaaS, strategy, and branding.
  • Provide mentoring, coaching, and performance management to the sales team, driving results and fostering a culture of collaboration.
  • Identify and target growth opportunities across diverse sectors, including technology, consulting, creative services, and marketing.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies and optimize lead-generation campaigns.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales leadership, with significant exposure to ITES, SaaS, strategy consulting, or branding/marketing services in the APAC region.
  • Proven success in managing and scaling high-performance sales teams across diverse business sectors.
  • Deep understanding of the APAC market, including its unique business dynamics, consumer behavior, and regulatory landscapes.
  • Experience in selling B2B solutions across ITES, SaaS, consulting, and creative services.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to influence C-suite executives and drive complex sales cycles.
  • Strong background in demand generation, account management, and strategic sales planning.
  • Knowledge of SaaS products, ITES solutions, and/or strategic consulting services (preferably with direct experience).
  • A track record of delivering results in a high-growth, multi-disciplinary business environment.
  • Fluency in English and other regional languages is preferred.
  • MBA or equivalent advanced degree is highly desirable but not mandatory.
