Our Inside Sales team is a vital part of Intelligent Sales and Customer Operations, supporting lead/opportunity generation, conducting outreach via various channels, and contributing to the overall success of our clients. Join our Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation team, where you’ll play a key role in assisting our clients in growing and acquiring new customers.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Conduct lead/opportunity generation through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Schedule “first meetings” for sales/pre-sales teams.
  • Conduct customer surveys and identify participants for events.
  • Create awareness of products or offerings on behalf of sales/marketing teams.
  • Work collaboratively with the Customer Acquisition Strategy & Implementation team to contribute to client strategies for growth.
