Role Overview

As an Inside Sales Associate, you will be responsible for demand and lead generation, client relationship management, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic approach to sales, strong storytelling ability, and expertise in handling large deal sizes. You will work closely with clients to understand their business needs and offer tailored solutions. A deep understanding of sales systems, cycles, and B2B sales is essential for success in this role.


Key Responsibilities

  • Demand & Lead Generation: Drive outbound sales efforts through prospecting, cold calling, and networking to generate high-quality leads.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.
  • Strategic Consulting: Understand client business objectives and challenges, providing insights and solutions leveraging Quinite’s expertise in technology, consulting, branding, and SaaS.
  • Proposal Drafting & Bidding: Create compelling proposals and presentations; experience with bidding platforms is essential.
  • Large Deal Handling: Manage high-value accounts, ensuring strategic alignment and long-term client partnerships.
  • Revenue & Profitability Management: Develop and execute account plans, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams, including marketing, product, and delivery teams, to ensure seamless client experiences.

Key Qualifications & Skills

  • 3+ years of experience in client account management within Technology, Management Consulting, Creative, Branding, or SaaS industries.
  • Proven track record in demand and lead generation, cold calling, and driving B2B sales.
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to engage C-level stakeholders.
  • Prior experience in consulting roles and handling large deal sizes.
  • Expertise in drafting compelling proposals and working with bidding platforms.
  • Deep understanding of technology, design, and marketing.
  • Strong storytelling ability to craft persuasive sales narratives.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, sales cycles, and account planning methodologies.
  • MBA from a top-tier institute (preferred but not mandatory).
