Role Overview
As a Client Account Lead, you will be responsible for managing and growing key client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Build, maintain, and grow strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact.

- Account Growth & Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients, upsell services, and drive long-term partnerships.
- Project & Delivery Oversight: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of solutions, meeting client expectations.
- Revenue & Profitability Management: Drive revenue growth through strategic account planning, forecasting, and ensuring financial targets are met.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with C-level executives and decision-makers to align Quinite’s offerings with their business goals.
- Market & Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to provide innovative solutions to clients.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams including sales, marketing, product, and delivery teams to ensure seamless client experience.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- 10+ years of experience in client account management within Technology, Management Consulting, Creative, Branding, or SaaS industries.
- Strong business acumen with a deep understanding of digital transformation, branding, and SaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of managing large accounts and driving revenue growth.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate complex business challenges into actionable technology and consulting solutions.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Strong analytical skills to assess client needs, market opportunities, and business performance.
- Hands-on experience with CRM tools, account planning methodologies, and sales strategies.
