About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented Business Development Associate to join our team in Ahmedabad. In this role, you will drive revenue growth by identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and contributing to the company’s long-term strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and craft tailored solutions that align with Quinite Technologies’ offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams to prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and marketing collateral.
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Represent the company in meetings, events, and other business development initiatives.
- Monitor industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to adapt strategies effectively.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role. Experience in the technology sector is a plus.
- Skills:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking platforms.
