Company Budget:

  • Base Salary: ₹3,60,000 + Dearness Allowance (DA)
  • Performance Bonus: ₹1,80,000 (can increase with exceptional performance)
  • Total Package: ₹5,40,000 ++

Job Description: We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Development Manager with a minimum of 1 year in sales or business development to manage sales in their assigned district and nearby areas. This individual will be responsible for selling school ERP, industrial ERP, CRM solutions, and additional services. The candidate must be adept in handling the complete sales cycle independently and drive business growth in the region. With high performance, the individual can advance quickly within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead sales efforts for school ERP, industrial ERP, and CRM solutions within the assigned district.
  2. Develop and execute strategic plans to capture new business opportunities in education, industrial, and CRM sectors.
  3. Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering customized ERP solutions based on client needs.
  4. Handle the full sales cycle independently, from prospecting to closing, ensuring consistent achievement of sales targets.
  5. Deliver presentations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts to secure deals.
  6. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure smooth implementation and post-sales support.
  7. Regularly report on sales activities, forecasts, and performance to upper management.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Minimum 1 year in sales, business development, or ERP/CRM solutions.
  2. Proven ability to manage sales processes independently and achieve targets.
  3. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
  4. Familiarity with ERP/CRM solutions, especially in the education and industrial sectors.
  5. Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred.
